Ordering & Collection

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout.

When can I collect my order?

All orders are available for collection on Sundays between 10:00am - 1:00pm.

Where do I collect from?

We are opposite Clissold Park Bridge entrance. 219 Stoke Newington Church Street, N16 9FT

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes! Either tell them the name on your order or pop their name in the notes section when you place your order.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations must be made by Thursday 6:00pm for a full refund. After this time, your order is in production and we cannot offer refunds. See our full refund & cancellation policy.

Do you deliver?

Not at the moment - we're collection only but we hope to be able to soon!

What happens to my order if I don’t collect it?

If your order isn’t collected by 1pm on Sunday, never fear! It doesn’t go to waste! Uncollected orders are treated as a kind donation - items will be released to walk up customers.

Can I donate or pay forward my order?

Of course, just make sure you add PAY IT FORWARD to the notes section at check out so we know.
