Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Cancellations must be made by Thursday at 6:00pm for Sunday collection orders.
Orders cancelled before this deadline will receive a full refund. After Thursday 6pm, your baked goods go into production and we're unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once orders have been collected.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please review our allergen lists carefully before ordering. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Collection
Orders must be collected on Sunday between 10am - 1pm. If you cannot collect your order, please arrange for someone else to collect on your behalf.
Uncollected orders cannot be refunded or rescheduled as we pop up once a week currently. Holding it for a week will mean, the products will no longer be as fresh as they were. However they are treated as a kind donation - items will be released for walk up customers.
