Our Sourdough Croissants are a celebration of time, technique, and flavour. Crafted using our slow-fermented sourdough starter, each croissant is carefully laminated with layers of butter to create that signature golden, flaky exterior and soft, airy centre.
The natural fermentation brings a subtle tang and depth that sets these apart from your everyday croissant. They are deeply satisfying. Baked fresh in small batches, they’re crisp on the outside, delicate within, and best enjoyed warm but if you can’t wait a couple mins, just have at them, it is also very delicious.
